BREAKING NEWS: Another Win for Malaysia Badminton!

THIS JUST IN! After the terrific performance by  Chan Peng Soon & Goh Liu Ying, Malaysia top men’s double team has crushed China for a chance of showdown at finals!

In the latest match, Malaysia’s “Double Wei” team, Goh V Shem and Tan Wee Kiong, has stomped the representatives from China, Chai Biao & Hong Wei with powerful smashes in first round, ending the round 21-18.

On the second round, China’s double countered the duo and won the round by 12-21, however this does not bring the Malaysian duo down, and on the intense final round, the Goh & Tan performed perfectly, ultimately crushing the China team 21-17, and winning themselves the tickets to finals.

They will be facing China’s Zhang Nan & Bo Hai Feng, or British’s M. Ellis and C. Langridge in the final, and  becoming the second team from Malaysia that qualified themselves for the final, netting at least 2 silver medals for Malaysia.
